Hardware for PVC sashes as well as aluminium
AOHUALUN supplies hardware for aluminium, thermal-break, PVC and curtain wall profiles. The PVC section of the catalogue carries its own part numbers, and the parts are matched to the PVC profile series by the fixing dimensions A and B on the installation drawings — not by adapting an aluminium part.

Crescent locks and their hooks
Six of the crescent locks printed in the PVC range, with the base length and height from the catalogue drawing. Each lock is ordered with its hook as a pair.

Transmitters for PVC sashes and doors
The transmitter moves the handle movement into locking points along the sash. Two families are printed with their standard lengths and the number of locking points at each length.

Centre-to-outside-edge distance is 7.5 mm on the inward-opening transmitter family and 8 mm on the sliding door driver family, as printed in the catalogue tables. Surface: white zinc plating.
Rollers, and how they are chosen
Two roller pairs are printed for PVC sashes, with the load carried by the pair. The catalogue lists three things that decide the choice: the installation space (dimensions A and B in the profile), the load, and the profile rail structure.

Installation notes printed with the PVC hardware: the crescent lock and its hook are set by dimensions A and B for a safe distance, the hook takes countersunk head screws, and a left or right crescent lock can only be adjusted on site where the drawing marks it as adjustable.
