Rollers

Sliding sash rollers in steel housings, with the load of the pair and the up-and-down adjustment printed on each drawing.

What the catalogue covers

The catalogue prints each roller with the load carried by the pair of wheels, not by one wheel, plus the adjustment range. Two families are shown here: the HL rollers for aluminium sliding sashes, and the smaller L rollers printed in the PVC range.

Roller selection depends on three things printed in the catalogue installation notes: the installation space (dimensions A and B), the load, and the profile rail structure.

Representative models

Catalogue numbers are kept exactly as printed, so a number used before is the same part now.

Before you order

Three things decide whether a part fits: the profile it is screwed to, the sash it has to carry, and the set it belongs to.

  • Measure the installation space in the profile before choosing: the body length and the housing width have to clear the rail.
  • Sort the roller by the weight of the finished sash with glass, then check the adjustment range you need for levelling.
  • For aluminium sliding sets the roller is quoted from the TL100 / TL200 selection table with the sash size, so the roller and the lock come as one list.

Ask for the complete model list

Send the profile groove, the sash size and the model numbers you already use. We reply with the same numbers, the dimensions for your sash and the price of the set.
