A set for the window, not only a box of parts

AOHUALUN makes the parts a window needs to open, lock and stay put: handles, hinges, transmission rods, multi-point locks, cylinders, crescent locks, rollers, friction stays and wind bracing.

They are supplied two ways — matched to a window system, or as individual items with catalogue numbers kept exactly as printed for repeat orders.

Start where your job starts

One plant, from drawing to packed carton

Making the moulds, castings and pressings ourselves is what lets us adjust a fixing pattern, a colour or a handle shape for a customer instead of selling only from stock.

  1. Design and mould developmentDrawings and moulds are made in house, so a fixing pattern can change without changing supplier.
  2. StampingPresswork turns strip into the stays, rods and locking parts that go on a sash.
  3. Die castingHandles, hinges and lock bodies are cast in the tool shop, then trimmed for assembly.
  4. Injection mouldingPolymer parts — rollers, guides, spacers — are moulded on site.
  5. Surface finishingParts are finished in the colour and surface the order asks for before assembly.
  6. Assembly and packingSets are assembled, checked against the parts list and packed for the order.
