Manufacturing and quality
One plant in Ruian, Zhejiang, takes a hardware part from drawing and mould through stamping, die casting, injection moulding and finishing to the assembled set — the reason a fixing pattern or a finish can be changed for an order instead of only sold from stock.
The chain, from mould to packed set
Seven steps, all in the same plant. Making the moulds and castings ourselves is what makes a customer-specific handle shape, a different spindle or a changed fixing pattern possible inside an order.

- Design and mould developmentDrawings and the moulds behind a part are made in house, so a fixing pattern or a handle shape can be changed without changing supplier.
- StampingPresswork turns strip steel into stays, rods, keeps and locking parts.
- Die castingHandles, hinge bodies and lock parts are cast from the tool, then trimmed and de-burred for assembly.
- Injection mouldingPolymer parts — roller wheels, guides, spacers, end caps — are moulded at the plant.
- Surface finishingParts are finished in the colour and surface the order asks for before they reach the assembly bench.
- AssemblySets are assembled against the parts list, so the box that leaves matches the drawing.
- Checking and packingAssembled sets are checked against the parts list and packed for the order.

Quality, told in what can be checked
AOHUALUN was first certified to ISO 9001 in 2010. The certificate is not reproduced on this site.
The plant holds utility model patents on hardware parts and was recognised as a high-tech enterprise (certificate issued 2018). Copies are shown below as they were issued; the certificates are in Chinese, as filed with the issuing authority.

These are the maximum figures printed beside the drawings. What a finished window carries also depends on the profile, the glass, the sash size and the fixing method, so the set is confirmed against your sash drawing.
Hardware is exported to Europe, the Middle East and South-East Asia, as stated in our catalogue, and supplied to window projects in China.
OEM and drawing-based orders
Because the moulds, castings and pressings are made here, an order can carry a customer-specific handle shape, spindle type, fixing pattern or finish. That is the difference between buying a catalogue part and having hardware made for the profile you already run.
- Send the profile section drawing with the groove width and depth, and the sash sizes.
- Mark the items you already use; the catalogue numbers behind them are kept for repeat orders.
- Assembly drawings are returned marked for your profile, with the fixing points and cut lengths.
- Finishes and colours are confirmed per order before production.
Supply experience
Our catalogue records hardware supplied to residential window projects in China — the window fabricators on those projects ordered sets against their own profiles, which is the same way an overseas fabricator buys from us: profile first, parts list second. We do not publish those project names, and nothing on this site should be read as an overseas project reference.
Ask about a set for your profile
Send the profile section and the sash sizes. We reply with the matching set, the catalogue part numbers, the load figures for your sash and the drawing.
