Transmission rods
Aluminium transmission rods in five standard lengths, plus the corner drives and short side rods that turn the handle movement into locking at the sash edge.
What the catalogue covers
A transmission rod carries the handle movement along the sash to the locking points. The catalogue prints six rod profiles with standard lengths from 400 mm to 1200 mm, and the shorter main and side rods that connect them around the sash corners.
Rod type follows the window type: the catalogue note reads “Transmission rod type according to the window type selection, suggest using standard length of transmission rod”. Cut lengths are confirmed with the drawing set.

Lengths in the catalogue are the standard stock lengths and the drawn overall length of the short pieces. Rods are cut to the sash, so the cut list follows your sash sizes and is confirmed in the drawing set.

Before you order
Three things decide whether a part fits: the profile it is screwed to, the sash it has to carry, and the set it belongs to.
- Choose the rod type by window type first, then the standard length closest above your sash size; the remainder is cut on site or at the plant.
- Corner drives and side rods are ordered with the set, not separately, so the chain from handle to locking point stays one parts list.
- Cut lengths and fixing positions are marked on the drawing that comes with the order.
